This policy describes the current public website. It does not describe a client portal, document system or authenticated tax-preparation application because none is available through this site.

Information the public website handles

Cloudflare processes ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security signals. TaxDash stores your privacy preference in first-party local storage.

When a contact request is successfully submitted, it sends the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, topic and general message that you enter. The form also uses a random request identifier, a hidden anti-spam field and a Cloudflare Turnstile response.

Information this website must not receive

The public website is not a secure taxpayer-document channel. It does not offer uploads and instructs visitors not to send:

• Social Security numbers, ITINs or EINs
• W-2s, 1099s, tax returns or other tax documents
• Passports, driver’s licenses or other identity documents
• Bank, routing, payment-card or password information

The contact form checks for common sensitive-number patterns and refuses the message when it finds one. Detection is a safety backstop, not permission to paste sensitive information.

How public-site information is used

Request information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. General inquiry information is used to respond to your question and discuss the next step. A general inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the site. Turnstile is loaded only when online form delivery is configured.
• Resend is the server-side email-delivery provider. It receives a form submission only after required configuration is present and a visitor submits the form.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

The TaxDash application does not currently enable optional analytics, advertising or marketing trackers. The preference system stores your choice in first-party local storage. Choosing an optional category does not activate a technology that is not installed.

Retention and requests

For questions about how long your inquiry is kept, or to request access or deletion, email contact@taxdashusa.com with a public-site privacy question or request. Do not include tax documents or sensitive identifiers. Any response may require identity verification and review of applicable obligations.

Security boundaries

The site uses HTTPS through Cloudflare, a restrictive browser security policy, server-side handling for configured contact delivery, input limits and bot protection. No website can promise absolute security, and this public site is intentionally separate from taxpayer-document exchange.

Changes and contact
